Marsha Johnson

Marsha Johnson has been involved in piano and voice since childhood.
She began playing the piano at the age of 8 and continued her study of the instrument along with voice into her adult years. Her participation in piano guilds enhanced her knowledge of scales and memorization techniques.
As a teenager she played the piano for her church and gained much skill and experience through the years she served as church pianist. Choir was also very important to Marcia and she was able to achieve the honor of singing in advanced choir during high school.

Her involvement carried her abroad to Germany where her class was trained by German instructors and they were honored to perform in various locations while there.
As a young adult she studied at Bethany Nazarene College with a double major in voice and piano. She now teaches choir at Calvary Baptist School and teaches both voice and piano privately. Beginner through college preparatory piano and vocal lessons (Sacred/Broadway) are offered at the studio
